In recognition that SMEs employed 14.4m people with a combined turnover of £1,600bn in 2013, Real Business is now looking for the UK’s top ten SME employers.
We aim to unearth employers whose achievements and individual actions have helped both the company and employees, and are helping to remove barriers by opening up opportunities for others.

If you’re selected for the top 10 your story will be guaranteed coverage on Real Business and you’ll be able to use the coveted RB Top 10 badge on your website – to show prospective employees you’re a top employer.
The only criteria to participate is that your business should:
- Have between 10-250 employees;
- Have been trading for at least a year; and
- Be based in the UK.

The Real Business top ten will become a quarterly nomination-based event that seeks the top ten ranging across various topics, themes and sectors.
