Recovering from my recruitment debacle

Just about over the shock of having inadvertently acquired both the new staff we needed for the sales office yesterday morning and hoping that between us all, the two of them will look a little less terrorised shortly! Right hand/head of sales is in today in his consultancy role teaching the pair of them, which is wonderful. While we have, of course, always run training programmes for anyone new in sales, this is the first time we have been able to have the luxury of someone full time on the case, rather than endeavouring to juggle training and their own work at the same time.  Results of new approach are already clear to see; trainer and trainee both happier and both more productive. Clear we will get high return on investment in the long run. Result!
