Alistair Darling and Sian Berry will join our already remarkable line-up of speakers at a day devoted to women’s leadership across business, politics and the environment. Today it emerged that Northern Rock liabilities will be kept off the government’s balance sheet when Alistair Darling announces his Budget in April. (The "Enron Chancellor"?)
