Having grown three successful businesses in healthcare packaging, creative industries, and her own management consultancy, Bev Hurley has first hand experience in what it takes to unlock entrepreneurial potential.

YTKO, a business commercialising innovation, especially in the science and technology sectors, has delivered strong growth under Bev’s leadership. YTKO currently employs 85 people in the UK and Europe, working with micro businesses, SMEs and corporate clients. 

Bev founded and is currently directing Enterprising Women, a national community of more than 8,500 women, highly commended by the European Commission and selected by BIS as one of three national best practice examples for supporting entrepreneurship.

A UK Female Enterprise Ambassador (UKFEA), mentor and popular speaker, Bev’s private and public non-executive directorships and appointments include: board member of the Institute of Economic Development, trustee of the East Mentoring Forum, Fellow Royal Society of Arts and Executive Board of the European Centre for Women in Technology.
