"I cheated a bit in the beginning," says Stelios, speaking at the Entrepreneurs’ Summit earlier this year. "I had a rich father. But, barring being adopted by a rich father, you have to look for opportunities and make your cash go a long way."
We caught up with Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou to find out whether he thought that a recession was a good time to start a business. He was typically optimistic about the idea. But had some caveats for all wannabe start ups.
