Most extravagant purchase: Caterham 7 sports car. I used it as a play thing when I was 24 and couldn?t afford it.

Most played song on iPod: “Crazy” by Aerosmith.

Best business book: Gung Ho! by Ken Blanchard. It’s now a must-read for every company team member.

Worst business moment: Before setting up Dura Composites, I was a marketing manager at Heinz. I launched Heinz “Steps” pasta shapes in November. They split in December!?

Proudest business moment: Being awarded the ActionCOACH “Business of the Year” accolade in 2011.
