Best business book: Gung Ho! by Ken Blanchard. It’s now a must-read for every company team member.

Worst business moment: Before setting up Dura Composites, I was a marketing manager at Heinz. I launched Heinz “Steps” pasta shapes in November. They split in December! 

Proudest business moment: Being awarded the ActionCOACH “Business of the Year” accolade in 2011.
