Afsharjavan, the 19-year-old Washington DC local has made an offer to buy a US kabob restaurant chain for $8m. The offer is for the curiously named Moby Dick House of Kabob holdings, its 13 locations and name rights, and has been made through Afsharjavan’s investment company Javan Capital Partners. Javan Capital Partners was only established this month. It utilises resources from private investors to acquire small- to medium-sized businesses. Afsharjavan already owns a Persian restaurant in Bethesda, Maryland (also called Javan), gas stations, a limousine company and apartment buildings. Picture source
