When corporate workers Matt Holyfield and Alastair Flynn became discontent with their posts as a business advisor and IT specialist, they left and started Capital Karts a firm now on track for a 2m turnover in 2015.
As such, Capital Karts has explored just what office workers do to relieve stress if not starting a go karting venture.
