The customer service revamp

1 Mins

Worked like proverbial canine yesterday to finally sort out a customer service procedure that would be quick, easy and, above all, efficient.   We had introduced a specially designed whizzkid computer programme a couple of years ago, which seemed the smart thing to do. But, as with many of these things, it was designed by someone external who didn’t really understand the requirements sufficiently – and none of our staff had said anything. Feel much better. We now have a simple complaint form and one central log, which we can see at a glance, plus set-in-stone procedures for anyone and everyone to follow. I will, will, will get customer-service levels to an all-time high. It will be a selling point for this company once again.
