The Growing Business Awards: Call for nominations

2 Mins

Launched in 1999, the Growing Business Awards celebrate the achievements of our most innovative, wealth-creating and fast-growing businesses (that’s you lot). Nominations have been flooding in as the Growing Business Awards is still open for entries.

This year, successful candidates will again be invited to present to a high-profile judging academy chaired, for the first time in 2013, by one of the UK’s most successful entrepreneurs, Peter Cullum, founder of Towergate Insurance and the Peter Cullum Centre for Entrepreneurship at Cass Business School.

Matthew Rock, co-founder of Real Business said: “The Growing Business Awards are the most established, most important, most widely supported national recognition of successful UK SMEs and entrepreneurs. As a country, we have to identify, celebrate and then support our most important businesses – the SME sector. The Growing Business Awards, and Real Business, have been doing that for 16 years, and we’re proud that so many prestigious partners have joined this campaign.”

We’re looking for businesses who have jumped all the barriers in their way with determination, skill, and ambition, taking themselves to the next level and the UK economy with them. Help us find our economic champions and give them another boost in the right direction.
