Alongside the launch of its new business loyalty scheme in August, British Airways made an additional commitment to entrepreneurs by aligning with startup incubator Capital Factory to deliver mentoring lessons during a flight to Texas.
Josh Baer, executive director of Capital Factory, said: Im really looking forward to meeting the winners of British Airways competition on the flight. Mentoring at 35,000ft will be a new experience for me, but all that dedicated quiet time on the flight will definitely deliver results.
However, some business travellers are looking for different results altogether going beyond a quest to grow finances with a desire to make love bloom instead.
The findings have come from MissTravel.com, a dating site for single travellers, which helps to connect people, including those on business commitments, during trips to various locations and conventions around the globe.

It tracked keywords such as business trip, conference and summit to determine the most popular cities that people like to take dates to while travelling for work effectively winning deals and hearts at the same time.
Las Vegas was ranked as the most popular destination to take a love interest, driven by world-famous nightclubs, restaurants, casinos and more to keep couples occupied when the sun goes down after a day at an expo.

Elsewhere Dubai was ranked in second place, while London bagged the third spot making it the most popular city to mix business and pleasure in Europe.
