Describing itself as “the medical recruitment consultancy you can rely on”, ID Medical was created in 2002 and supports hiring across a range of healthcare sectors. Roles include doctors, nurses, mental health specialists, clerical workers and more.

Deenu Patel, managing director, ID Medical Group, said: “We treat our staff, clients and candidates as individuals, which is a driving force behind our performance. Almost all new additions to our database come through referrals impressed with the personal and comprehensive attention they receive from their colleagues, the same way in which we have recruited many of our own staff.”

The company has the status of preferred supplier with more than 80 per cent of NHS hospitals and private medical organisations. Indeed, its workers provide more than three million hours of service to the NHS annually.

Operating out of a Milton Keynes headquarters and an office in London, positions are advertised for facilities across the whole of the UK. ID Medical attributes its success to “innovative recruitment solutions” that are tailored specifically to the clients’ needs.

“Our core focus is on raising the standard in medical staffing provision and as such have developed a company-wide philosophy of continual improvement to ensure we always exceed client and candidate requirements,” said the firm.

“We believe that our skill-set is unrivalled in our industry and, by using ID Medical, you are assured of receiving a best-in-class service.”

Given the focus around care, ID also has corporate social responsibility (CSR) laced throughout the company. It supports a number of trusts, charities and local communities including British Red Cross, Make-a-Wish, Cancer Research, St John Ambulance, Macmillan and Leo’s Appeal.

Explaining, the company said: “We always work with the highest level of integrity and our communications with shareholders, clients, candidates, employees and local communities are transparent to the unparalleled benefits that we offer.

“Our business itself is socially responsible in terms of sourcing ideal careers for medical professionals and helping them to achieve a work-life balance, as well as positively supporting trusts through promoting the trust itself and its quality of patient safety and care, both internally and externally.”
