Still feel positive. Have now completed overhaul of business plan with left hand and above all what sticks out is that our product has such a strong sales place even in today’s troubled times, and that our marketing is good.

Equally, past that, while we have this small handful of superb staff, the rest of the company is just not coming up to scratch in any function. This has made life into an increasing living hell for myself and the other management for years, without even the consolation of much financial reward.   However, we now have a plan of action on very strict, clear deadlines. We know exactly what we are going to do and when in each section of personnel or performance, and what we will do if it does not work. One of the immediate effects is that with right hand leaving, I am going to take back the recruiting, training and overseeing of the sales and customer service staff in a way that I am comfortable with as a representation of my name. I am really excited by this as it’s fun in itself and revives my enthusiasm levels. This time, too, I know that at no level of the company will I just bow under and sacrifice my own happiness to make up for other people’s excuses and inadequacies… and it feels great.
