The survey from LondonOffices.com sought the opinions of a group of 50 workers in a focus group.
Workers responded by saying long hours were a particular problem, and said they resented working longer hours then contracted, without additional pay.
Its hard to stay productive and focused when you have to work for long spurts of time so it’s definitely the thing I stress about most. Sometimes the longer I work for, the more unproductive I feel,” said one worker.
Other sore points that made the list were poor relationships, having ‘awkward’ office dynamics with coworkers, tight deadlines and poor office conditions, like lighting and small desks.
“Its always such a nightmare [when the internet goes down]. Its weird that we now rely on technology so much but without it, my job wouldnt exist,” said another worker.
A spokesperson from LondonOffices.com said: There are a lot of things that can stress us out at work on a daily basis but it’s important we voice our concerns and overcome them.
“Work is a really important part of life for many people so it’s key that people feel happy and comfortable in their workplace otherwise it can really consume them.
