The Leicester-based group, owned by brothers Rashid and Aziz Tayub, is also on an acquisition spree having picked up the Instore brand in 2010, 15 Woolworths shops last year reported to have saved 235 jobs and 18 outlets from the smaller grocery chain Ugo in February 2012.
